Hi:
I found your site by looking for your Mom and dad here online. I was a good friend of both of them way back when we were all kids and living on East 48th and East 49th streets in Bklyn, NY.  My name was Fran Hricz (pronounced ritz) back then.  I'm Fran Ford now and am living in Mansfield Massachusetts, about a half hour's drive from Providence, RI.
I would like to get in touch with either your Mom,  your Uncle Lance or both.  Could you please tell them I found them here online, and that I would love to be in contact with them?
I've seen some pics here and you're all looking wonderful!  I do not know the whole story of what you've been through, how it happened and what is going on right now, but I can see here that you've been so brave and I admire the strength of you and all your family through a very difficult time.
I'm also thrilled to see all of them, even your Grandpa Steve and Grandma Grace still so close and tight knit...a wonderful thing!!  And I have such very fond memories of all of them.
I've missed your Mom very much over all these years and have though of all The Bielendas fondly and often.  It would be nice to catch up.  Amazing who can be found on the net, if someone just takes the time to look.  :)
I hope that this note finds you all doing well.

Thanks so much for reading this,

                                                                      Fran Ford

Chris and family,

Thanks for your encouraging words on my son's website. We both have amazing "Nicks" who are fighting their own battles, and moving closer to full recovery everyday. I read through your son's story and he sounds like quite a fighter! I know you have witnessed (as have we) how incredible the human body and mind are, and the ability to withstand so much and continue to heal amazes me. Thanks again for sharing your story, we will follow Nick's progress, and pray for his recovery and your family's strength and peace during this difficult time.

Dear Chris and Kenny, Just read your note to Carol. I did not know about your son Nick's accident. Looks like the prayers are working, he looks wonderful! I can only imagine what these past months have been like for your family. Your son must be an incredibly strong young man. Must be something to do with the name "Nick". We will continue to pray for your son's full recovery. Nick (Carol's son) is my Godson and is in the middle of treatment, he is an amazing kid and is hanging tough. Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement. Barb (Bidermann) Buchan

To my closest and most valued friend Nick,
Being so far away from home and enduring all that this great army has to give, has been a tough road. I am wishing i could be there daily to watch you progress and to support you in your hardest of times, but with my absence i am still very sure that my best friend is as strong and as willing as he always has been. i look forward to continue our long road of great times and adventure. life has a funny way of throwing extreme obstacles at us, but im sure that im not alone in saying that god has really been pulling through for us, the chaplain here on base has been a large supporter for me and has placed you in mass for several weeks. I wait anxiously to see you soon and speak to you this time. Remember that i love you bro and
will see you soon, god bless you and my second family, the Manzos.
Your very best friend and sidekick
Joey Rubino

Dear Nick,
I don't know how to put this, but every time there's knock on my door I THINK IT'S YOU, you are so much a part of my family everyday life, that we just don't know how to handle you not being here, we want you home, we pray for your recovery everyday, and most of all your parents, who are by your side every second. I thought I was a tough Marine, but coming to the hospital and seeing you, I was looking at a real Marine. I know you're going to pull through, there's too many people that are not going to let you fail. We keep you in our prayers until you're home with your family.

Love Forever,
The Delgado Family.
